The following terms and conditions apply to passengers booking with Connection Chauffeur:
Please do not purchase trip packages if your pickup/arrival falls within 24 hours. For travel within 24 hours, you must call us first for rates and availability.
2) For Airport Arrivals:
a) Waiting Charges: The published price includes free one hour waiting at the airport (starts as soon as the flight lands) thereby AED 50 (Economy/Midsize Sedans only) per 30 minutes. The waiting charges for higher car classes is subject to their published rates.
b) Night time Surcharge: Please mind that night time surcharge apply if the service is booked between midnight and 6 am. Please purchase with your package.
c) No Refund in no show: If a passenger missed his/her flight and did not inform us in time (minimum notice of 3 hours prior to pickup time), he/she will be deemed to have missed their transfer. In this case, no refund will be given.
e) Maximum wait: Our chauffeur will wait a maximum of 1 hour and 30 minutes (after the flight lands) at the arrival hall. If a passenger shows up later that that, he/she will be deemed to have missed their transfer and no refund will be given. The waiting time will only be extended if the guest calls us in advance.
3) For Stretch Limo/ Rolls Royce/ Maybach Booking only:
a) The price paid is for the purchased hour(s) only.
b) Grace time is 5 minutes only.
c) After 6 minute, you will be charged for the next hour.
d) In hourly bookings, your time will start as soon as the car reaches pickup point, and no grace period (other then initial 5 minutes) will be allowed should you board late.
e) In pick & drop service, please mind that only 5 minutes waiting is free, rest you will be charged at the agreed hourly charge (varies in fleet).
f) Pickup from the Airports, mind that there is no luggage space in SUV stretch limo and only 2 suitcases can be accommodated in a sedan limousine. Should you have luggage, kindly book a luggage carrier.
g) Max capacity: the limousine can seat only the specified number of passengers (8 seater & 14 seater) and no additional passenger(s) will be allowed.
h) You agree to pay for any extra hour other than the purchased hour if your time is exceeded. Further, You also agree to pay for any damage that resulted because of your negligence or your fellow passenger.
i) You authorize us to deduct any extra hour charge or damage charge from your security amount or your credit card.
j) Karaoke limo Please mind that karaoke system in the limo is subject to availability. This means even if you have reserved in advance, there maybe a chance that the limo will be without karaoke system due to various factors.
i) Breakdown policy In the event of the an accident or breakdown or any other factor, we reserve the right to cancel your booking and refund the the deposit.
j) Trip Cancellation In case you would like to cancel your reservation on the day or 24 prior to pickup time, you agree to pay 50% of the total amount.
k) Cleaning charge A minimum fee of AED 500 ($ 140) for each carpet or seat burn. Sanitation fee is a minimum of AED 500 ($ 140) for vomit or any other unusual cleanup.
Any personal information received will only be used to offer you our service. We will not sell or redistribute your information to anyone.
5) Refund Policy:
Following is the chart for our refund policy:
Cancel within * hours prior to pickup Deduction on original invoice
*72 hours & up.............................................................No charges
*48-71 hours................................................................10 % admin fee
*24-47 hours................................................................25 % admin fee
*24 hours & below.......................................................100 % (no refund)
For those who have booked booked airport transfers, please note that in case you miss your flight you can change your booking date (provided you inform us at least 3 hours prior to your pickup time).
6) Booking re-confirmation after payment:
It is the responsibility of the customer to re-confirm the booking with us. You must receive a confirmation e-mail or SMS from us for your pickup. Once the payment has been made via credit card or bank transfer, please re-confirm your booking with us to avoid any disappointment.
7) We may cancel your booking:
Please mind that due to unlimited number of circumstances, we reserve the right to cancel any reservation at any time with a full refund along with a penalty charge of AED 300 (USD 83) or 20% of the invoice value (whichever is lower) without giving any reason. You will be informed immediately if this happens.
8) Substitute Car:
You authorise us (in the unlikely event of car malfunction, traffic accident or any other unavoidable circumstances) to substitute your car. This could be a higher class (same price), same class (same price) or lower class (difference refunded).
All our vehicles are comprehensive insurance. Incase of any injury/death of a passenger, the insurance company will compensate as per the agreed terms.
10) No Liability:
We strive to attend every pick up on time, nonetheless, should one of our driver fails to appear on time due to unlimited number of circumstances including but not limited to traffic accident, traffic jams, car malfunction etc. you have the right to ask for a full refund. Likewise, we have the right not to pay anything extra other than the invoice amount as we accept no responsibility for any damage that may have occurred due to the delay in pick up time/ on time arrival. You agree to allow us at most 30 minutes delay in your pickup time. In this case you will get 30% discount on your invoice. (This does not apply to Stretch limousine, Rolls Royce and Maybach bookings).You will be updated by the chauffeur if there is any delay. Please allow enough time for your journey especially for Airport departures.
11) Subscription to our mailing list.
Please mind that by submitting any form at Connection Chauffeur, you are automatically subscribed to our mailing list for special offers and promotions. Should you wish to be removed from that list, please reply with "remove" subject to the incoming email.
